Painting

Below are the general steps we will take on your interior house painting project.

1. Set-Up
The items in the room are placed in the center of the room and covered with clean, new plastic sheeting. All floors are protected with drop cloths.

2. Prepare
Holes and cracks in ceilings and walls are filled and stains are sealed; surfaces are scuffed and sanded. All of which are based upon your proposal.

3. Paint
Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied with a uniform finish.

4. Clean
Furniture and accessories are moved back to their desired locations. Floors and carpets are vacuumed and swept. All of our materials are removed.

5. Inspect
After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our work.

Below are the general steps we will take on your exterior house painting project.

1. Wash
Areas are power washed or hand washed to remove dirt and mildew. All of which are based upon your proposal.

2. Surface Preparation
All loose paint is scraped and all glossy areas are scuff sanded. All gaps are caulked to prevent water intrusion. All of which are based upon your proposal.

3. Paint
Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied with a uniform finish.

4. Clean
Clean up is done daily, as well as at the completion of our work. Paint chips are removed and all our materials are packed up and stored neatly.

5. Inspect

After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our work..
